Low back pain is a health problem that most people are exposed to in daily life. Low back pain can occur due to many pain points.

What is good for low back pain?

Low back pain alone is not a disease. Or there is no requirement that any injuries will occur. Back pain usually occurs spontaneously for a long time after it occurs.
It is useful to cold compress the painful area within the first 2 days after lumbar pain. The towel wrapped ice or ice pack can be applied to the aching area.
If you have a back pain and have not passed within a few days, you can warm compress the area.
Attention should be paid to movements made after a back pain has occurred. Movements such as sudden turning, bending, twisting should be avoided.
Stay away from bed rest for a long time in lumbar pain.
If the pain affects sleeping, it can be put on your back by putting a pillow which is not very high under you.
If a lumbar pain has developed and continues to be severe as in the first day for 1 week despite the precautions taken, an expert doctor should be consulted.
Low Back Pain and Cold Compression: The doctor who is exposed to low back pain and who is consulting the doctor may recommend applying cold compress to the area. In some cases, cold compress alone may be sufficient to relieve pain. In some cases painkillers and muscle relaxants can be prescribed along with cold compresses.

Lumbar Pain and Hot Compress: Hot pain can be applied if lumbar pain lasts longer than 2 days. In addition to warm compresses, muscle relaxants and pain relievers are useful for relieving pain.

Waist and bed rest: For people with severe back pain, physician bed rest may be appropriate. But for back pain, rest should not be more than 3 days. When the rest is over 3 days, the complaints may be increased rather than relieving the pain. 5 days and over resting beds can cause loss of muscle strength. This condition also extends the duration of the healing of the pain and the recovery is delayed. When muscle functions are damaged, the back pain can become chronic and recurred continuously.
